Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a BAMS Doctor located in Bengaluru, India. The BAMS Doctor will be responsible for providing specialized Ayurvedic medical consultations, creating personalized treatment plans, and closely monitoring patient progress. The role includes offering guidance on lifestyle modifications, performing Ayurvedic therapies, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure integrated patient care. The BAMS Doctor will also maintain accurate medical records and support ongoing health and wellness initiatives at Thryva Life.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Ayurvedic medicine, diagnosis, and treatment methodologies
- Skills in patient consultation, treatment planning, and disease management
- Familiarity with lifestyle and dietary modification based on Ayurvedic principles
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and counseling skills
- Proficiency in maintaining detailed medical documentation
- A valid BAMS degree and relevant certification/licensure to practice in India
- Past experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory
- Commitment to working within an evidence-based and culturally conscious healthcare environment
